New for 2021, the ThermaQ 2 thermometer allows the user to simultaneously use four type K thermocouple probes whilst displaying current temperatures and the maximum and minimum recorded temperatures. This allows the user to monitor multiple food items and the oven air temperature at the same time. 

The audible alarm offers four sound levels:
Volume 1:- 85 - 98 dB
Volume 2:- 90 - 101 dB
Volume 3:- 94 - 103 dB
Volume 4:- 96 - 105 dB
